S.W.O.C is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with lots of interesting places to visit virtually on our doorstep. We are only two miles from the Cerne Abbas Giant. Other places of interest include the market town of Dorchester, the Jurassic coastline including Chesil Beach, Weymouth, and Portland, the Thomas Hardy Monument, the Abbosbury Swannery and Tropical Gardens. It is just a short distance further to the seaside resorts of Poole and Bournemouth, and the naturist beach at Studland Bay.
Heading north from SWOC there are any number of lovely Dorset towns and villages to visit before you stray over the county border into Somerset, the cider county!
